To this point only the essential decisions have been made. The UBC First Nations House of Learning has been booked for plenary meetings and a block of rooms in student residences reserved to provide low-cost accommodation.

To keep options open, preliminary plans have been made to convene on the Wednesday (14) evening and meeting through Thursday (15) and Friday (16) at UBC.
On Saturday (17) would join the World Planners Congress, which is being held in the Westin Bayshore Hotel in downtown Vancouver.
